We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our organization. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in visually communicating messages, ideas, and brands to target audiences through a variety of print and digital mediums, contributing to the success of businesses and organizations in today's visually driven world.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Listing Images**
- Creating visually appealing and informative images of products for online marketplaces and websites such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify.
- Ensuring that product images highlight key features, specifications, and benefits to attract and engage potential customers.
- Optimizing images for various platforms and devices to ensure consistency and clarity.

**Creation of Visual Assets**
- Create a wide range of visual assets including logos, illustrations, infographics, advertisements, brochures, posters, websites, mobile apps, and social media graphics. They utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva) to produce high-quality graphics.

**A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content)**
- Designing visually rich and detailed, engaging content to enhance product listings.
- Incorporating compelling graphics, infographics, and multimedia elements to communicate product benefits and unique selling points effectively.
- Collaborating with copywriters and marketers to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across A+ content.
- Incorporating engaging visuals, calls-to-action, and personalized elements to increase open rates and click-through rates.

**Website Banners**
- Designing banners, sliders, and website promotional graphics to showcase products, promotions, and brand messages.
- Ensure website banners are visually consistent with the overall brand identity and design language.
- Optimizing banner designs for different screen sizes, resolutions, and web browsers to maintain visual integrity and user experience.

**Brand Consistency**
- Maintaining consistency in design elements, colour schemes, typography, and imagery across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Adhering to brand guidelines and standards to ensure brand recognition and coherence in visual communication.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and refine brand assets and design templates.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketers, copywriters, product managers, and web developers to align design projects with business objectives and timelines.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the design process

**Time Management**
- Graphic designers must manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines. They organize their work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and allocate time effectively to meet project milestones.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Good to have**:

- Experience with the 3rd party digital marketing agency.
- Previous experience in international markets such as the UK, Europe, and the USA.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
