**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and design end-to-end data and AI solutions that address business challenges and optimize decision-making.
- Define and implement best practices for data architecture, data governance, and AI model deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies in data platforms, AI frameworks, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation.
- Guide teams in adopting advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models for predictive insights and automation.
- Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and data-driven improvements within the organization.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **8+ years** of experience in designing and implementing data and AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in **cloud platforms** such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with **big data technologies** (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Deep understanding of **data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks**.
- Experience in **MLOps, model deployment, and automation**.
- Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in **Python, SQL, and Java/Scala** (preferred).
- Familiarity with **containerization and orchestration** (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical conversations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications** in cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML.
- Experience with **generative AI**.
- Background in developing **AI-driven analytics solutions for enterprises**.
- Experience with Graph RAG, Building AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems
- Additional certifications in AI/GenAI is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills are expected.
