As stewards of the firm’s sales data the key responsibilities of this role might include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Responding to inquiries from all levels of AB sales regarding sales reporting issues
- Reconciliation of omnibus activity against sales reporting record keeping system
- Understand the flow of data and the impacts movement of the data may have on the sales team’s commissions
- Ensuring accuracy of the data by performing audits and updates to data in the multiple systems used to drive data
- Administration of wholesaler commissions, including adjustments resulting from trade moves and delivery of manual commissions to the SVP/Director of Financial Control and Analysis
- Management and execution of territory alignment change requests
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned to the person based on skill and capacity to support

The person in this role will have an opportunity to strengthen project and relationship management skills while working with varying levels of AB staff. This person will be exposed to all areas of our sales reporting and manual commission processes and can gain a better understanding of the technical aspects of these processes. The person successfully performing this role will have various career path opportunities including positions with more technical responsibility or more management experience including people/process or project management.

Qualifications, Experience, Education:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education & experience is required.
- Must have strong relationship/customer management experience
- Proven analytical abilities

**Skills**:

- 2-3 years of post-university Python and/or SQL skills
- Desire to maintain a high level of stewardship over the data that is under the care of the team
- Intellectual curiosity
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision both written and verbal.
- Client focused and results-oriented, diligent, and works with a sense of urgency. Assertive, responsible for his/her own work (self-directed), have a strong affinity for defining work in deliverables, and be willing to commit to deadlines
