Roles & Responsibilities
- Ascertain Training needs in line with the latest Industry requirements.
- Determine the program objectives & learning outcomes.
- Develop Curriculum, Topics, and course content.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans according to the program requirements.
- Provide workable training schedules and effective delivery methods.
- Prepare training materials, problem sets, projects, tasks, and assignments
- 1-1 & groups.
- Prepare student grading assignments, weekly tests, and monthly assessment papers.
- Develop an effective competency-building process and demonstrate excellent quality in delivery.
- Continuously improve evaluation systems and appraise the management frequently of changes.
- Report regularly with data on courses, status, issues, dependencies, and obstacles.
- Ensure a high attendee percentage by delivering top-class training sessions.
- Work on student feedback about training quality and improve delivery methods.
- Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to students and support other colleagues.
- Stay up to date with industry and technology trends thereby adding value to training.
Qualifications and Skills
ESSENTIAL/ MUST HAVE:
- BE/B-Tech or ME/M-Tech - IT or Computer Science Graduation
- Passionate Trainer/ Teacher with excellent Hands-on Experience
- Excellent knowledge and working experience in [1] Python and/ or [2] JavaScript
- A minimum of 5 years of Industrial and Training experience in a reputed company
- Excellent presentation and communication skills [ A minimum of 3.5 out of 5]
DESIRED:
- Good skills in e-learning and online training
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong working knowledge of technology, tools, and required domains
- Willingness to work in a flexible Edu-tech working environment.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
