Position: Intern Architect
Location: Gaya
Roles & Responsibilities:
- **Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation adheres to approved plans. Review and modify design drawings in response to feedback from clients, senior architects, or regulatory bodies. Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs. Work with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.**:
- **Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural software. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for design.**:
- **Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green architecture. Experience working on large-scale real estate projects. Familiarity with urban planning and interior design.**:
