B. Job Summary:
The typical duties of a CAD Operator include creating detailed 2D or 3D designs, updating existing drawings, collaborating with engineers to receive feedback and make adjustments, preparing multiple versions of designs for review, and ensuring all drawings are compliant with industry and company standards. Computer-aided design (CAD) drafters convert the designs created by engineers and architects into technical drawings. Each drawing must contain precise details specifying dimensions, codes, materials, and production methods

C. Responsibilities

1) A Draftsperson creates technical drawings, mostly used in construction and manufacturing.

2) They often work in conjunction with Architects. Their work aids the construction of buildings, infrastructure and aircraft, among other things.

3) A Draftsperson usually uses computer-aided design (CAD) principles.

4) Monitor production data: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement

5) Create technical drawings using CAD software

6) Convert sketches and verbal instructions into CAD drawings

7) Prepare layouts, assembly diagrams, and bills of materials

8) Revise drawings to meet client feedback and project changes

9) Ensure drawings meet industry standards and regulations

10)Assist in preparing project documentation and reports

11) Estimate material and production costs

D. Skills

Sound Skill & Knowledge of CAD software’s such as Auto CAD and SOLIDWORKS/EDGE, etc.
- Proficiency to read & Interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Processes: Material Nesting Plans, Part-Drawings, Manufacturing processes, Fixturing’s
- Proven ability to build & lead a team effectively.
- Strong problem solving & decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership & project management skills. Knowledge of measuring tools
- Maintenance of machines and equipment.

E. Preferred Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in fabrication/machining, with a minimum of 02 to 03 years.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management. -Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment

F. Language Skills

English, Hindi, Local Any Language.

G. Travel Requirements

If require for company worked travel is must

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
