- To ensure the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization by handling office management, facility coordination, vendor management, and general support to staff. The Admin Officer helps maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:General Administration**:
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, utilities, and logistics.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of office premises.
- Handle correspondence, document filing, printing, and office communication as needed.
**Facility & Asset Management**:
- Monitor and manage office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with facility service providers (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.).
**Vendor & Travel Management**:
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials and office services.
- Process vendor bills and maintain vendor records and service agreements.
- Assist in travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and transport logistics for employees or guests.
**HR & Administrative Support**:
- Assist HR/Admin Manager in organizing company events, onboarding arrangements, and issuing ID cards or uniforms.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMCs.
**Recordkeeping & Compliance**:
- Maintain administrative logs, trackers, and soft copy backups.
- Support compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinate with government/local authorities for permits or routine inspections (if required).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
