- Administration
- Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Compliance in garment industry and Record-keeping
- Supervise all travel and stay arrangements (Quarantine)for staff and workers.
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
- Payroll
- Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws.
- Consolidation of Compensation and Benefits scheme for necessary approvals
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in theoffice.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
- Recruitment and Retention
- Oversee all staff engagement and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
- Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations.
- Employee Relations
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.

**Requirement**:
Graduation with relevant experience (10-15 years)

Should be fluent in Hindi

Experience in garment industry
