Pre-primary Teacher

**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities that align with the developmental needs and interests of young children (typically ages 2 to 5).
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery through play-based learning experiences.
- **Early Childhood Education**:

- Introduce fundamental concepts and skills across various domains, including language and literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, art, music, and physical development.
- Foster language development, communication skills, and emergent literacy through storytelling, rhymes, songs, and interactive conversations.
- **Play-Based Learning**:

- Emphasize play-based learning approaches, such as sensory exploration, dramatic play, block building, and art activities, to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Provide opportunities for children to engage in open-ended, hands-on experiences that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:

- Support the social and emotional well-being of children by creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive relationships, cooperation, and empathy.
- Teach social skills, emotional regulation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques to help children develop healthy interpersonal relationships and self-esteem.
- **Individualized Instruction**:

- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of individual children, providing additional support or challenges as needed.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to monitor children's progress and development, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on their child's growth, learning, and development.
- Collaborate with parents to support their involvement in their child's education through parent-teacher conferences, newsletters, workshops, and family engagement activities.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children by maintaining a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor children for signs of illness or injury, administer first aid as needed, and communicate with parents about any health concerns or emergencies.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of early childhood education principles, teaching strategies, child development theories, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of current research, trends, and innovations in the field of early childhood education through professional organizations, conferences, workshops, and online resources.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain age-appropriate routines, rules, and expectations that promote a positive and orderly learning environment.
- Use positive behavior management techniques, such as positive reinforcement, redirection, and modeling, to encourage appropriate behavior and self-regulation in young children.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other pre-primary teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, and administrators to plan and coordinate curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and special events or activities.
- Participate in team meetings, professional learning communities, and collaborative planning sessions to share ideas, resources, and best practices for supporting children's learning and development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
