Located in the heart of sulthan bathery, we take pride in offering a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Menu Execution**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.

**Station Management**: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry) and coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth operations.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the kitchen brigade to ensure timely and efficient production during service.

**Menu Development**: Contribute creative ideas for menu enhancements, special features, and seasonal offerings.

**Food Safety and Hygiene**: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

**Ordering and Inventory**: Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and maintaining accurate records of stock.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
