**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website authority and ranking.
- Implement and manage **local SEO initiatives** to strengthen local search presence and improve map listings.
- Conduct detailed **technical SEO audits**, identify performance gaps, and work with internal teams to implement corrective measures.
- Leverage tools such as **Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs**, etc., for performance tracking, reporting, and competitor analysis.
- Perform keyword research, develop keyword strategies, and optimize metadata, content structure, and overall site architecture.
- Monitor and report on keyword rankings, website performance, and backlink health with actionable insights.
- Stay current with industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
- Support organic growth and performance improvements across multiple **in-house web properties**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience managing **in-house SEO projects**.
- Strong expertise in **on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
