**1. Furniture 3D Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations for modular furniture projects.
- Develop detailed design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Work with architects, designers, and production teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Modify designs based on feedback and provide accurate material and dimension specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and furniture design software.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or AutoCAD.
- Experience in furniture and interior design projects.
- Knowledge of materials, joinery, and modular furniture construction.
- Ability to create realistic renders using V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

**2. Cut Sheet Maker**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate cut sheets with dimensions, material specifications, and hardware details for production.
- Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of designs.
- Convert 3D designs into technical drawings suitable for manufacturing.
- Ensure all technical specifications align with client and project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in preparing cut sheets and technical drawings for furniture production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or any cutting optimization software.
- Understanding of plywood cutting, edge banding, drilling, and assembly processes.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to optimize material usage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the modular furniture industry.
- Familiarity with CNC cutting and automated manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
