Server Administrator

**Overview**

As a Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our international client's server infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. You will work closely with our team to manage Linux and Windows servers for Data Centers, Web Hosting and ISPs, and provide 24/7 technical support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing 24/7 helpdesk for Data centres and Web Hosting companies
- Maintaining and monitoring Linux & Windows Servers
- Proactively maintain and develop all Linux/Windows infrastructure technology to maintain a 24/7 uptime service
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
- Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exception
- Troubleshoot server issues and outages.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of servers and common commands
- Knowledge of DNS, Web server, FTP, Mail server, POP and SSH
- RHCE certification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of shell/bash scripting is an added advantage
- Must be able to work on 24/7 shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
