**Responsibilities**:
**1. Budgeting and KPI Management**
- Prepare and manage the annual Marcom budget, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Track monthly expenses and conduct budget reviews to assess performance against targets.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

**2. Vendor Management**
- Oversee the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments for marketing activities.
- Coordinate with existing vendors and source new vendors to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.

**3. Sales Tools Management**
- Ensure that all content in the E-library and OneDrive is current, accurate, and relevant.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address content needs.

**4. Events Coordination**
- Develop and maintain an annual, quarterly, and monthly calendar of events and expos.
- Organize and manage materials and products for events, including logistics for team travel and accommodation.
- Ensure that materials are securely packed and distributed to relevant offices post-event.

**5. Awards Participation**
- Prepare necessary documentation and submissions for award consideration.

**6. Media Management**

Maintain a comprehensive database of site/product photos and videos, ensuring easy accessibility and regular updates.

**7. Corporate Gifting**

Coordinate with vendors to source customized and cost-effective gifting items for corporate clients.

**8. MIS Reporting**

Prepare and submit daily MIS reports to the Head of Department, highlighting key metrics and project updates.

**Qualification**:

- Good command over English (speaking & Writing).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Reporting to VP
- English and local Language.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
