**Your day at NTT DATA**

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate reports and provide insights to senior management. You will also be involved in designing and implementing data management systems, developing databases, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions to support operational efficiency.

**What you'll be doing**

**Responsibilities**:
**MIS Lead.**

1. Preparation of review reports. (weekly, Fortnightly, monthly & Quarterly).

2. Sharing of pending tickets data with all support team members to get it closed and update back to PM & EUS Manager. All support team have to confirm back to MIS lead with updates.

3. Highlight of SLA missed tickets to all team members on a daily basis and get the root cause, to update in reports.

4. Sharing of weekly updates of tickets to PM & EUS manager. (Engineer Productivity).

5. Co-ordination with other team members to get the weekly updates.

6. Highlights of total (INC & SR) tickets weekly, monthly, Half yearly & yearly basis.

7. Tracking of leave updates files (Optional)

8. Capturing of highlights & Service Improvement points for reports etc.

9. Highlight of ticket closure comments. need to ensure, a proper comment is updated in tickets. if not, need to escalate it to respective domain leads.

10. Compliance report of Infra domain

11. Data analysis and trend management for all the services related to Incident, Service Request and change management.

12. Project tracking of small enhancements initiation and progress - updated team on the changes from the management etc.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely reports
- Create and maintain databases to store and retrieve data
- Design and implement data management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to provide clear insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
- Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making
- Provide technical support and training on data analytics tools and platforms
