MEASURES OF SUCCESS - Hiring and driving activation of Top Advisors/Financial Distributors from competition - Career Seminars / Meetings with Top Advisors/ Financial Distributors - Meeting Sales and Recruitment Plan consistently - Persistency - Advisor Productivity & Retention - Adhering to Input behaviors

DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE - Graduate with 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years’ experience in insurance sector - Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance - Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations - Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation
