**Position Overview**:As a **Technical Purchase Specialist**, you will be at the forefront of our procurement operations, ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of vital components for our fermenters and bioreactors. Your role will involve collaborating closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to secure the highest quality materials and components while optimizing costs and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain regular communication to ensure the timely delivery of components.
- **Sourcing**: Source and evaluate new suppliers, products, and technologies to drive innovation and cost-effectiveness in our procurement processes.
- **Procurement Strategy**: Develop and execute effective procurement strategies aligned with PRS Bio's goals, considering quality, lead times, and cost efficiency.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform purchasing decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of purchased components into our products.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier interactions, and pricing information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical procurement, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

**Salary**: ₹10,741.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
