**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position: Service Trainee during internship & Service Engineer - Retail/Projects on successful completion of**

**internship**

**Role: Service Engineer (Internship + Full-Time - on successful completion of internship)**

**Duration of Internship: 12 months**

Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech. (Civil/Mechanical)

**Stipend during Internship: 25,000 INR per month**

Work Location: Zones - Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Technical knowledge of installation, use of tools etc.
- Surveying the installation site within 3 days of assigning.
- Checking for availability of place for safe unloading of material at the site.
- Auditing the sites before and after installation of the window.
- Supervising the Service station team.
- Training of service station teams on proper installation/handling of tools (Service Station: Outsourced
- takes care of installation of windows/doors as per the standard procedures defined).
- During the final survey understanding the customer requirements, informing customers on any variations

in measurement and how the final installation will look.
- Preparing Quotations on internal software after final survey of the customer location.
- Coordinating with clients on scheduling installation visits and proactive information to customers on

status/prevent escalation from customers.
- Site handover to customer post installation.
- Handle multiple installation sites in the assigned territory.
- Safety inspection of service station employees at site.
- Weekly review meetings with Customer Service Manager on status of installation and problems faced

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
