**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Junior Law Officer to represent the company in
various courts across Maharashtra and outside the state. The ideal
with government departments, legal authorities, and courts in
Maharashtra. The role involves handling both litigation and
non-litigation legal matters on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in civil, criminal, consumer, and other legal
proceedings in various courts and tribunals within Maharashtra and
other states when required.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, notices, and pleadings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, and other
applicable regulations.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and law
enforcement agencies in Maharashtra.
- Maintain and update records of ongoing litigation and non-litigation cases.
- Provide legal support and guidance to different departments of the company.
- Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
- Monitor changes in legal regulations and advise the management accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in litigation and non-litigation legal work.
- Languages: Proficiency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory, along with good command over English and Hindi.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil, criminal, corporate,labor, and commercial laws.
- Ability to draft legal documents with precision.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and other states as per legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling corporate legal matters in a manufacturing,financial, or service industry.
- Knowledge of contract management and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience dealing with government departments and courts in Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
