**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Need to have sound knowledge in the Medical Insurance/ various types of Health Insurance policies.
- Should be able to find and differentiate between retail/corporate Health Insurance policies.
- Need to have knowledge on working process of TPAs/ Insurance companies.
- Should be aware of various terms and conditions of Health Insurance policies.
- Need to have knowledge and the various ailments, which are covered/ not covered in the Health Insurance policies.
- Should be well worse with various surgery Packages/ Room rent restrictions/ Copay/ Proportionate Deductions/ Non
- Medicals.
- Should have sound knowledge of the billing format and Discharge summary formats.
- Should have experience in customer handling and counselling of the customer on various Insurance coverages.
- Should have knowledge in collection of security deposit during bill closure and refund of the amount after settlement.
- Need have experience in liaising with various Insurance companies /TPAs to get the coverage details from them.
- Knowledge on maintaining the submission and dispatch data of the bills to the Insurance companies /TPA’s
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
