Job Responsibilities
- Planning of the teaching programme including an orientation programme in consultation with Admin.
- Planning for Nursing trainee’s practical experience, ward assignments and vacations in consultation with Admin.
- Planning of ward teaching programme with the cooperation and collaboration of Admin.
- Preparation for classes and demonstrations, displays of educational material on notice board.
- Guidance to Nursing trainee’s in methods of study and use of reference books and library, Individual attention to Nursingtrainee’s when necessary, including individual assignments.
- Conduct of periodical and terminal tests.
- Regular visits to the hospital wards and departments and other practice fields.
- Prepare and deliver lectures to staff on topics such as pharmacology, mental health nursing, and community health care practices.
- Assess clinical education needsand patient and client teaching needs, utilizing a variety of methods
- Plan, design, develop, deliver, evaluate and co-ordinate education programmers that are responsive to the needs of nurses and health and social care professionals.
- Adhere to departmental and hospital policies
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate others to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to teach and provide learning opportunities in different environments (classroom, on job etc.).
- Strong knowledge of research methods and of the challenges and opportunities to develop research, audit and evidence based practice in health care.
- Oversee all activities of patient care and ensure optimal level of care in clinical setting and participate in various education programs and ensure compliance to all lesson plans.
- Assist all nurses to adjust to trainee group and ensure optimal work performance in assign ward to meet all customer objectives and train all Nursing Trainee’s to minimize infection and contamination.
- Adhere with all the hospital departments’ protocols.
- Sincerely accomplish the additional task may assign you by management/administration/quality**.**

**Salary**: ₹10,105.47 - ₹20,000.41 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pathankot - 145001, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
