Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trucks and Drivers Management:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers and logistics staff.
- Ensure that all drivers are aware of and comply with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

2. Logistics Operations:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, including loading, transportation, and delivery.
- Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

3. Route Planning and Optimization:

- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Monitor and adjust routes as necessary to respond to changes in traffic, weather, or other factors.

4. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report any safety incidents or concerns.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory levels, and logistics costs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics operations and performance.
