Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telesales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our solar solutions, and converting leads into opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (industries, businesses, and decision-makers).
- Pitch PowerMitra’s solar solutions confidently and clearly.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain customer data & track interactions in CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly calling & conversion targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication & problem-solving.

**Requirements**:

- Proven fresher / experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer calling (solar/energy/B2B sales preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Goal-driven with a passion for sales and growth.
- Basic computer knowledge.
