As a Marketplace Trust Associate you will be the front-line, ensuring and maintaining the quality and policy adherence of contents on Poshmark. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop a new team and to have a significant impact on the Poshmark marketplace and user experience.

- Responsibilities_
- Review and assess flagged content on the platform.
- Refine existing rules and propose new rules.
- Identify new trends.
- Work closely with other teams to refine and create new processes for handling users who violate our content policies.
- Review and fulfill copyright takedown notices from brands and other copyright holders.
- 6-Month Accomplishments:_
- Understand the operating system.
- Excel in identifying counterfeit listings and suspicious behaviors.
- Independently handle manual review with ease.
- 12+ Month Accomplishments:_
- Ability to handle escalated cases.
- Mentor and support new associates.
- Take on additional responsibilities in order to support operations.
- Ability to provide input to improve and streamline processes.
