**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Yourjob responsibilities will include,
- Able to handle day-to-day admin activities of the office like repairs, maintenance, of office gadgets, and equipments and deal with vendors, sign Annual Maintenance contracts with them.

- Knowledge of insurance of the company assets and accident insurance of employees.

- Maintaining the records required for ISMS, coordination with SKP offices co-ordination with vendors etc.

- Handling of office boys.

***

- Maintaining and updating the data of landlords, renewals of agreements with the landlords, rent payments to the landlords. Experience of registration of Deeds with registrar office

- Maintain records of electricity bills, Property tax, Society

***
- Maintaining data of telephone lines, internet data cards in the company, payment of the bills.

- Any other related activities as and when required
