**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive with a CA Inter qualification to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute day-to-day financial transactions and activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Provide support in various accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with the Senior Executive and team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and examinations.
- Input financial data into relevant systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to ensure seamless workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- CA Inter qualified with a strong academic background.
- Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is advantageous.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
