**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. The Video Editor Intern will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and high-quality video content for various digital platforms. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video editing, learn about digital marketing strategies, and contribute to real projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Video Editing**: The Video Editor Intern will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and client projects. This includes cutting footage, adding effects, transitions, graphics, and ensuring a polished final product.

**2. Creative Collaboration**: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute video projects that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

**3. Content Optimization**: Optimize video content for different platforms and audiences, ensuring maximum engagement and impact. This may involve creating versions of videos for various social media channels and formats.

**4. Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all video projects. Review and revise content based on feedback from team members and clients to achieve desired results.

**5. Deadline Management**: Manage project timelines effectively to deliver completed videos on schedule. Coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**1. Technical Skills**: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software is a plus.

**2. Creativity**: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, and aesthetics. Ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.

**3. Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail in editing, sound design, color grading, and visual effects. Ability to refine and polish videos to meet professional standards.

**4. Communication**: Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, receive feedback, and implement changes as required.

**5. Self-Motivated**: Self-starter with a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and take initiative in completing tasks independently.

**Requirements**:
**1.** Must have own laptop with video editing software installed for the duration of the internship.

**2.** Available to work from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM.

**3.** Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field.

**Stipend**:
The Video Editor Internship at Solution Wagon offers a stipend ranging from ₹5000 to ₹8000 per month, based on performance and qualifications.
