**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of design concepts, sketches, and presentations.
- Support the development of detailed drawings and architectural plans using software such as CAD and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with team members on project planning, research, and coordination.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in documenting existing conditions.
- Participate in client meetings and project reviews, providing input and taking detailed notes.
- Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
- Provide general support to the architectural team on various phases of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited architecture program.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong design and visualization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing design and technical skills is required.
