**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, profile validation, follow-up, engagement, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
- Ensure a high conversion ratio from profile submittals to interviews and successful placements.
- Assist in various HR tasks as required.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities as the need arises.
- Actively participate in developing and improving recruitment processes.
