Expert in developing E learning course with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery

Good experience in responsive Web development, and Adaptive Web Designing

Experience in working with LMS, SCORM compliance courses will be added advantage

Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash

Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.

Knowledge of JQuery based frameworks (like bootstrap JS, angular JS, knockout JS, underscore JS etc.) experience would be a big plus.

Ability to visualize designs that enable learners to easily understand the content and engage them in their learning

Experience in designing for all devices including computers, tablets and mobile handsets

Must be a hands-on designer, experienced in developing solutions using software tools

Monitors workflow to identify bottle necks and takes required corrective and preventive actions

Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements

Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions

Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy and other adult learning principles will be an added advantage

Knowledge on eLearning course development life cycle, effort required for each graphic element of a course and improving productivity of the team through reusable assets, efficient use of tools, guidance, coaching and setting targets

Pursues and shares best practices within the team and among other teams
