**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Orthodontic Assessments**: Conduct thorough orthodontic examinations and assessments of patients to determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
- **Invisalign Treatment**: Utilize your expertise in Invisalign treatments to provide effective and efficient orthodontic care for patients seeking clear aligner solutions.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, considering factors such as oral health, facial structure, and aesthetic preferences.
- **Patient Consultations**: Communicate treatment plans and options clearly to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the recommended procedures.
- **Treatment Implementation**: Perform orthodontic procedures, including but not limited to the placement and adjustment of braces, wires, and other orthodontic appliances.
- **Monitoring Progress**: Regularly monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- **Collaboration with Dental Team**: Work closely with other dental professionals, including general dentists, oral surgeons, and dental hygienists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in the patient's oral health.
- **Continuing Education**: Stay informed about advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies, participating in continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a recognized Orthodontics residency program.
- State licensure to practice as an Orthodontist.
- Proven experience in Invisalign treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
