This is a full-time on-site role as an Academic Coordinator at G D Goenka Public School Rohini-09 located in New Delhi. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing academic activities across all classes, in addition to coordinating with faculty and parents to monitor and enhance academic progress. The Academic Coordinator will also work with senior leadership to develop strategies to ensure academic excellence and support faculty and staff in implementing effective teaching practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as an Academic Coordinator or similar role in an educational institution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds, and to build relationships with parents and other stakeholders
- Experience in curriculum design and development, assessment and evaluation, and pedagogical models and frameworks
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision-making and recommend strategies for improvement
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate teams and individuals and manage complex projects and initiatives
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in best practices and trends in education
