**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Junior Video Editor** to join our growing content team. You’ll work closely with senior editors, content creators, and marketing to bring stories to life through engaging video content across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in editing short and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and other digital platforms.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and backups.
- Add music, voiceovers, graphics, and effects to enhance video output.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver content accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, platform requirements, and editing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to take feedback and revise content accordingly.
- A portfolio or show reel of previous work (class projects, freelance, personal projects, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with YouTube, or Instagram and linkdin Reels content.
- Basic color grading and audio editing skills.
- Familiarity with scriptwriting or storyboarding.
