**Key responsibility**

1. Conduct a financial analysis by reviewing financial statements and offering valuable insights into the financial performance of clients' companies.

2. Assist in preparing reports and presentations, as well as liaising with clients to address their queries.

3. Assist with filing income tax returns and ensuring compliance with other regulatory requirements.

4. Prepare transfer pricing documentations and assists in transfer pricing audit.

5. Collaborate with the tax team to manage assessment, appeals, and litigation matters related to direct taxes.

6. Continuously pursue professional development, share updates with colleagues, and offer guidance on planning and executing assignments.

7. Thorough assessments and evaluations of internal control systems to ensure effectiveness and compliance with established standards and regulations.

**Skill requires**

1. Familiarity with schedule III compliance, companies Act compliances, LODR Compliances, FEMA and FERA Regulations etc.,

2. Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently handled the assignments with leadership skills set.

3. Strong communications and interpersonal skills

4. Willingness to travel with Mumbai at different locations if necessary, travelling abroad.

5. Eagerness to learn and grow in fast paced environment.

6. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws

7. Profession in MS office and other accounting software and willingness to work in different customized ERP software.

8. High-level of attention to detail and organization skills.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
