**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Chemical Equipment**: Operate and maintain various chemical processing equipment, including reactors, distillation units, pumps, compressors, and valves, to ensure efficient production and process safety.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety procedures, protocols, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and report safety hazards and incidents promptly.
- **Process Control**: Monitor and control chemical processes, adjust operating parameters as necessary to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain the continuity of production.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the production of high-quality products by monitoring and adjusting process variables, conducting quality checks, and making necessary adjustments.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of process data, equipment maintenance, and other relevant information. Generate reports as required.
- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn components.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, including operators, engineers, and supervisors, to achieve production targets and resolve operational issues.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to environmental regulations, quality standards, and company policies to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing enhancements in operations and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 to 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant, preferably as an AOCP or a similar role.
- **Technical Knowledge**: A strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols. Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation is beneficial.
- **Safety Conscious**: A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety protocols rigorously.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving equipment and process-related issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- **Record Keeping**: Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- **Quality Orientation**: A focus on producing high-quality products and maintaining product specifications.
- **Compliance**: Understanding of environmental and quality regulations and the ability to comply with them.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
