Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator at JP Healthcare, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of cosmetic products. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are produced efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and loading materials.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
