Company Description

Airtribe is a new-age upskilling platform that focuses on expert-led education and community-based learning. Our courses prioritize active learning through live programs with workshop-style sessions, direct access to expert instructors, peer community interaction, and regular feedback. We are proud to have helped over 1000 learners in their upskilling journey. Our team consists of instructors and mentors from top tech companies such as Gojek, Razorpay, Uber, Coinbase, Microsoft, Meta, and Google. We are backed by prominent VCs and angels in India and the US.

Responsibilities:

Engage directly with potential students, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive information about our programs.

Call leads, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining a positive relationship throughout the admissions process.

Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their educational aspirations and guiding them to the right programs.

Take ample notes from customer interaction and pass on useful consumer insights to the marketing team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our internal systems.

Available for a full-time commitment.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the Edtech industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate our value proposition
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with learners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Sheets, and CRM tools.
