Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer at Bazzuka AI. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI models along with full stack needs. The role involves:
Designing and developing AI Agents.
Improve the performance of LLMs using prompt engineering techniques and fine tuning.
Designing system architecture
Testing and optimizing models to improve accuracy.
Develop predictive ML models.
Working on Flask and ReactJS.
Figuring out integrations with our customer's CRMs/ core system.

Qualifications
Experience working with LLMs with operations such as fine tuning, prompt engineering techniques, RAG, function calling.
Proficiency in Data Science and Machine Learning.
Experience developing backend in Flask and frontend in ReactJS.
No need of any degree or work experience. You are hired if you can prove your skillset and capable of working in a super fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Should have completed and able to show at least one project working with LLMs.
A small project would be given to complete within a certain timeframe to test the coding skills.

**Note: The hire would be first onboarded as an intern for a month with certain pay. Depending on the skillset and quality of work the position will be converted into full time.

The salary mentioned is INR INR 50000 per month.
