We are looking for Product Owner in the Payments Domain. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai Relevant experience : 7 to 15+ years Education: Bachelors [B.E/MCA] or equivalent Responsibilities : Collaborates with global partners to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. Defining the vision for the team's product; Creating a product road map based on this vision. Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements. Story grooming and take ownership, review acceptance criteria, definition of ready and definition of done. Plan releases and upgrades; Own entire product Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process, reporting status and problems. Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints Mandatory Skills : Good understanding of end to end payment eco system. Good understanding and experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.). Strong experience in developing and elaborating Features, EPICs and stories along with acceptance criteria. Experience in analyzing existing systems, flows and develop requirements. Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand high level requirements and turning them into team-level plans. Closely work with development and test team to provide detailed understanding of end-to-end functionality. Strong experience in collaboration tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.
