SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive / Sales Representative with proven experience in industrial B2B sales and a deep understanding of the Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg markets. This role is pivotal in expanding Linde’s presence across the region by driving new business growth, cultivating long-term client relationships, and delivering customized gas and chemical solutions to industrial customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, field-focused professional dedicated to surpassing sales targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery across key sectors such as manufacturing, steel, and industrial production.ResponsibilitiesExecute field-based industrial sales of industrial gases and chemical products within the assigned territoryIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across manufacturing plants, steel units, factories, and other industrial facilitiesStrengthen and grow existing client relationships through consistent engagement and tailored, value-driven solutionsConduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations to accelerate sales conversionAnalyze customer needs and propose customized gas and chemical solutions aligned with operational demandsAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistentlyPartner with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, supply chain execution, and timely service deliveryMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insightsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine sales strategies and maintain market positioningRequirementsRequirements:–2+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in industrial gases, chemicals, or manufacturing-related productsDemonstrated market knowledge and an established customer network in Raipur, Bhilai, and Durg (Chhattisgarh)Proven track record in new business development and client retention within a territory-based sales roleStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilitiesHigh level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindsetWillingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory for client engagements and field visitsProficiency in CRM systems and experience in maintaining accurate sales and customer dataTerritoryRaipur – Bhilai – Durg (Chhattisgarh)
