With a large and growing workforce, the organization is poised for its next phase of expansion and operational excellence.Job DescriptionDefine and execute strategic and annual business plans for the O&M verticalOwn full P&L responsibility and drive business growth across regionsLead tendering, proposal development, cost estimations, and contract managementOversee execution of O&M operations across multiple geographies and contractsEnsure SLA adherence, safety, compliance, and risk mitigation across all sitesImplement digital SOPs, best practices, and technology-driven improvementsLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing nationwide service teamBuild strong relationships with oil marketing companies, principals, and partnersMonitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadershipThe Successful ApplicantEngineering degree (MBA preferred) with 20+ years in O&M within oil & gas or related sectorsMinimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site operationsStrong commercial acumen and experience with contract management and tendersHands-on exposure to SAP/ERP systems, HSSE practices, and project managementWillingness to travel extensively across customer and field locationsExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsTechnically sound with a deep understanding of oil & gas infrastructure and systems
