1) Consolidating reports of day to day sales activities2) Coordinating with Sales team and Logistic team on the subject of new inquiries/orders dispatches on a daily basis.
3) Generating sales inquiries, sending quotation, preparing Per-forma invoices
4) Business development, support sales efforts, supports regional and global sales efforts.
5) Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
6) Follow up for payment as per agreed terms.
7) Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
8) Excellent communication skills
9) Strong organizational, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
10) Sound working knowledge on sales plannin
11) Customer service orientation
