JOB DETAILS Answer incoming calls, making outbound calls and respond to customer's queries in a timely mannerStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Identify, obtain, and clarify customer information by answering telephone calls, establishing a dialogue with the customers and verifying information. Follow the call center communication "scripts" when handling different topics Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
