1. Having good convening skills towards Counseling and Career guidance of the Courses
2. Having experience towards conversion of enquiry through Walk-in and Telephonic enquiries
3. Regular follow up of walk-in and telephonic enquires for Enrollment
4. Have experience towards conducting seminars in schools and colleges, co-ordination and support for all Marketing / Brand Building activities of the branch
5. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the courses
6. Having good communication in English
7. Maintain rapport with parents
8. Conducting events for increasing admissions
9. Flair in cold calling
10. Highly motivated and goal oriented
