About the job
- Gather engineering data and performs analysis of incident reports with monthly engineering KPI management.
- Review failure data to identify poor performing assets and develop plan for improvement.
- Conduct problem solving RCA sessions and lead FMEA/RCM for engineering.
- Ensures proper PM, PdM is in place and prepares monthly PM schedule for assets.
- Establish storeroom best practices to maintain inventory.
- Execution of Engineering Projects and new machine developments to optimize production.
- Vendor management and Creation of Purchase requisitions for engineering activities.
- Monthly report and analysis of Electricity, Water, LPG & Diesel consumptions.
- Prepare the monthly internal allocation report.
- Strictly follow the work permit system, HIRA, SOP and LOTO procedures.
- Handle maintenance, troubleshooting of PLC and field instruments (i.e. TT, FT, PT, different sensors).
- Conduct energy audits within the factory building to identify potential energy conservation opportunities and implement these ideas effectively.
- Complies with all regulations and standards for HSE, Quality, Energy, Legal and Statutory.
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- BE Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in full time Engineering field.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering metrices and utility equipment (DG, Compressors, Chiller, Cooling tower, Fire Hydrant system. Transformer, HVAC/AHU)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and problem-solving tools
- Knowledge of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and EnMS (50001)
- Manage the erection & commissioning of Greenfield & Brownfield Project, CMRP or equivalent certification and PMP certification will be added advantage.
