Role: Automobile Sales Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Presentable Appearance and Attitude.Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiriesInquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.Demonstrating the Scooter.Carry out Test rides and convert to final saleAddressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etcClosing and Follow-up.KPIs- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers- CX rating
Requirements
Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail preferredMin Qualification:- 12th + diploma/graduation(No ITI)Good Communication Skills.Should know 2-wheeler driving ( Driving License is not mandatory)
