KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administration, Reporting and License Management of Learning tech platforms.
· Generate, extract and schedule reports for all the above-mentioned systems.
· Maintain specific dashboards for insights. Analytics and Presentations support
· Load data scripts, evaluation, and communication templates in the system.
· Manage access requests and permissions as appropriate.
· User license provisioning/procurement for the mentioned systems
· New Hires, XID(contractor) to GID(employee) conversions process support.
· Remove and recycle any unused and inactive licenses.
· Attend all required system trainings and admin meetings.
· Participate in governance committee meetings, if any.
Content and Program management
· Provide training to admins on tools (Gnowbe, EasyGenerator, Axonify, MentorCliq)
· Help upload/modify/delete content for SC Learning Programs throughout the fiscal year on the mentioned platforms.
· Onboarding emails to new hires and follow up.
· Set up courses, curriculums, assessments, certifications, evaluations, topics, communities, etc. in compliance with governance standards.
o Follow-up with training requestors as necessary.
o Educate training requestors on what is/is not possible in the LMS.
Issue Troubleshooting and query resolution
· Troubleshoot / respond to system inquiries and incident tickets.
· End user support and troubleshooting.
· Consult/Follow up on issues/troubleshooting with HR Direct/HRIS/External Support/Consultants/vendor to provide timely resolution.
· Resolve reporting and system integration queries.
· Raise GoLearn related cases via HR Direct for SCLnD and Learning Leaders. (Assignments and Program management)
Testing and upgrades
· Perform functionality testing of normal Platform/integrations (UAT) during implementation and upgrades in the test environment.
· Perform functionality testing of normal Platform /integrations (UAT) during implementation and upgrades in the production environment.
· Report issues to the concerned teams and follow up until resolved.
· Support migration of learning data to newer systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered) 4-5 years of managing Learning & Development technical support experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with various L&D tools. Gnowbe, Axonify, EasyGenerator and MentorCliq Experience with Cornerstone, Workday data 5-6 years of experience in the learning domainOther specific skills required -
Can work effectively in an ambiguous environment. Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. Strong communication and organization skills Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Possess strong technical understanding of Learning systems. Troubleshooting expertise. Solid interpersonal skills/customer mindset. Knowledge of eLearning development standards like Tin Can (HTML5), SCORM, xAPI, etc. MS Office, Excel (expert). Experience with creation of learning dashboards will be an added advantage. Experience with a cloud-based learning systems would be preferable.COMPANY OVERVIEW
