We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience and expertise in managing day-to-day back-office operations. The role requires advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process automation. If you are proactive, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Functions:Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting books.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with all applicable tax regulations.Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis.
