JOB DETAILS Liaison with External Parties and Coordinate with Respective Vendors Customer Forwarder CarrierCHACoordinate with Overseas Suppliers pertaining to our orders status Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments Resolve any arising problems or complaints Shipment management, transportation and coordination Ensuring seamless execution of import export transactions, by keeping close monitor with DGFT other government departments related to import export circular notification. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements Keeping records of shipments and couriers. Vendor Management and follow ups. Document verification and filing Preparing necessary documentation pre and post shipment.
