Treasury Client Onboarding Specialist=====================================Summary-----------We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Client Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless client experience.Responsibilities-------------------Manage client onboarding processes, collecting and verifying required documentationCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and activationHandle client requests for account maintenance, such as updates and modificationsMonitor account activity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsSupport account offboarding processes, including account closures and data archivingRespond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues efficientlyMeet the set SLA's consistentlyIdentify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiencyAssist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and reviewsEnsure all client information is handled with confidentiality and securityRequirementsGraduate in Commerce/Accountancy (Essential)MBA Finance (Desired)Essential Skills/Aptitude:+ Knowledge of Treasury client onboarding, account maintenance, and account offboarding (Essential)+ Good working knowledge of Excel & Word (Essential)Experience:+ SPE: 2+ years+ SME: 4+ years
